The breakfast had a generous spread with many options. it was perfect for starting each day. the pool and bar area offered a great vibe, especially in the evenings. the music and atmosphere were nice. Fantastic cocktails were available. the rooms were functional, clean, and exactly as expected for the price.
i found the room walls to be quite thin. i could hear a lot of noise from other guests. it made getting proper rest a little difficult at times.

The staff responded swiftly to requests, providing all facilities efficiently. I had no issues . noor and aymam at the front desk were friendly and helpful. they helped me with any questions i had.

the location felt pleasant and serene. even without a car, metro access made navigating the area easy. a shuttle bus to festival city was also a convenient perk. this provided easy access to shopping and dining.

the staff was always smiling and friendly. the atmosphere created was beautiful (i think this is very important). they provide underground parking. the location is good and they also have a shuttle bus to dfc mall.
i found that our sheets didn't feel very clean. the pillows were not very soft and hard to sleep. also, there was no balcony. i would have liked for our room to be higher than the first floor, low floor.
